Network Capital Limited, formerly known as Crescent Capital Limited is a limited liability company, incorporated to carry out the business of stockbroking, portfolio management and other allied businesses. Network Capital Limited is Trading Licence Holder of the Nigrian Exchange Limited and Securities and Exchange Commission to function as Broker/Dealer and is currently trading on the floor of Nigerian Exchange Limited.
The Company’s Head Office is located at No. 13. Maitama Sule Street, South west, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Ownership And Capital Base
Network Capital Limited is owned by four indigenous investors. The company’s share capital is in excess of $2million.
Directors
Mr. Akinretoye was an astute career banker and highly experienced Money Market dealer. With 34 years cumulative banking experience, most of which was at top management level, he retired as the Managing Director/ Chief executive of Consolidated Discounts Limited. An active and well exposed player in the money and capital markets, he was a 2-term president of the Money Market Association of Nigeria (MMAN), now Financial Market Dealers Association of Nigeria (FMDA). He is an honorary senior member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers; fellow of Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria; fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Administrators and fellow of the Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria.
Mr. Akinretoye’s work experience covered all aspects and levels of Commercial Banking with vast exposure in Corporate Banking, Advances and Credit, money and capital market operation and management.
As an investment executive at Union Trustees Limited, he was a pioneer in the set-up of the Association of Pension Fund and Investment Managers of Nigeria (APFIM). He was Assistant Chief Accountant and later Treasurer of Union Bank of Nigeria, before joining the service of Consolidated Discounts Limited as the pioneer Chief dealer. He rose through the General Management ranks to become the Managing Director/CEO until his retirement.
A product of the renowned “The Catholic University of America”, Washington D.C., with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting, he also holds an MBA finance degree from the South Eastern University, Washington D.C. USA.
Throughout his career, Mr. Akinretoye benefited from vast exposures to top level management courses in leading global institutions including Harvard University, University of Columbia NY, Euromoney, Witts Business school of the University of Johannesburg, Lagos Business school of Pan African University etc.
Mr. Dada is an accomplished stockbroker and banker. He is an authorised Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange, as well as Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He graduated from Leeds Business School of Leeds, Metropolitan University, United Kingdom where he obtained a Masters Degree in Corporate Governance. Prior to this, he was at the University of Lagos between 1985 and 1988 where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He later had a Masters Degree in Business Administration. His work’s experience covers Stock broking, Issuing House Activities, Credit Appraisal, Accounting, Investment Advisory services, and General Administration. He is an alumnus of three top-rated business schools: Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria, South Africa, New York Institute of Finance, New York, United States of America and Leeds Business School, United Kingdom.
Prior to this time, Mr. Dada was a member of Senior Management staff of Marina International Bank Limited, that later merged with Access Bank Plc, where he was seconded to Marina Securities Limited to function as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Pyramid Securities Limited for Six years.
Dr. (Mrs.) Ayodeji is a medical practitioner. She started her working career as a banker before veering into the Medical sciences. She is a product of Howard University, Washington D.C. where she graduated with a BSc. degree in Biology (minor in Chemistry). She also attended Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland where she earned her Masters degree in Biotechnology with a concentration in Bioinformatics. She attended Avalon University College of Medicine, for her medical degree and currently attending Walden University, in pursuit of a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration.
Mrs. Ayodeji’s vast exposure cuts across banking to the sciences. She had an early career in banking with Citizen’s Bank, Washington D.C. and later Crestar Bank, Maryland, USA. Since her change of career focus, she has served as Project Officer/Project Manager (Lieutenant) in the United States Public Health Services (USPHS) in various capacities at the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), office of Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) in Washington D.C, for acquisition of medical countermeasures. Prior to that, she was a Regulatory Research Officer at the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Laurel, Maryland, as well as a Research Associate at The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR), Rockville Maryland, USA. Mrs. Ayodeji has sundry Abstracts, Publications and presentations to her credit.
Mr Mafikuyomi the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Woodbrass Petroleum Limited. Prior to now, he was an Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer of Acorn Energy Limited. He joined Acorn as the Financial Controller in August 2007. During which time he supervised the company’s capital raising exercise through private placement, which was oversubscribed. Due to his desire for the growth of the company, he was moved to set up the company’s Supply and Trading Division as pioneer General Manager in July 2008. The Supply and Trading Division metamorphosed into Acorn Energy Limited in July 2009 with offices in Geneva and Lagos. He also worked in LAGBUS Asset Management Limited as Financial Controller. LAGBUS is an initiative of African Export-Import Bank (AFREXIM) and the Lagos State government where he managed the evolution of change in Lagos intra-city transportation system. He was also responsible for corporate finance, treasury management and financial reporting. At various times, he also worked in Standard Chartered Bank as Project Manager, United Bank for Africa Plc, Metropolitan Bank Limited, Skye Bank Plc, and Access Bank Plc.
Mr. Mafikuyomi holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons.) in Business and Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, England and he is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
Mrs. Akinretoye had a distinguished career at the Federal Civil service until her retirement as a Chief Systems/Programs Analyst at the National Bureau of Statistics, Abuja, Nigeria.
She is a product of the University of the District of Colombia, Washington D.C. where she earned her Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
Through her exposure and participation at senior levels in the execution of sundry key projects by the National Bureau of Statistics in cooperation with the European Union (EU) and the World Bank, she benefitted immensely from exposure to diverse courses required by the dynamic industry.
Since her voluntary retirement, Mrs. Akinretoye has focused her business pursuits on IT, Textiles, Cosmetics, and Biofuels.
