I/We attest that all information provided in this Estate Account application is true, accurate and complete. I/We undertake to notify Network Capital Limited immediately where any change occurs, including changes to administrators, executors, authorised representatives, contact details, bank details, mandate or legal authority.
Investment in securities carries risk. The value of securities may rise or fall and an investor may lose part or all of the investment. Transactions are executed on a best-efforts basis and at prevailing market conditions, not at a guaranteed price.
Network Capital Limited acts as an execution-only stockbroker and does not provide investment advice unless expressly agreed in writing. Administrators/executors should consider whether each mandate is suitable for the estate, beneficiaries and applicable legal authority.
I/We consent to the use of email, phone or other approved electronic communication for instructions, confirmations and evidence. I/We understand the risks of delay, non-receipt, third-party interception, unauthorised access, data corruption and technical failure.
I/We authorise Network Capital Limited to act on instructions from authorised representatives and agree to indemnify Network Capital Limited from losses arising from genuine instructions received through approved channels, except where caused by proven fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct by the firm.
Mandates: Mandates must show the estate/client name, CSCS account number, date, security, quantity, price limit where applicable and authorised signature/approval.
Deadline: Mandates should reach Network Capital by 8:00 AM on the intended trading day. Late mandates may be processed on the next business day.
Funding and Settlement: Purchase mandates require sufficient cleared funds. Sale proceeds are paid only to the verified estate account or approved account details on record. No third-party payment instructions will be honoured.
Regulatory Compliance: All transactions are subject to applicable SEC, NGX, CSCS, AML/CFT and Nigerian law requirements. Network Capital may request additional documents, verify probate documents and report suspicious transactions where required.
Termination / Dormancy: The relationship may be closed where insufficient KYC is provided, the estate transfers to another broker, or in accordance with applicable law and agreement terms.
I/We consent to Network Capital Limited collecting, verifying, storing and processing personal data, estate documents and KYC information for account opening, regulatory compliance, CSCS/NASD processing, mandate execution, reporting, fraud prevention and client service purposes.
I/We understand that documents may be verified with probate registries, banks, regulators, identity-verification providers and other lawful third parties as required.
